General FAQ's


If you didn't know already, all our clutches, apparel and jewellery are handmade! All our products are lovingly created and that is something we take pride in. Each bead is set in its precise place and each jewel is curated by hand. As a customer no doubt you have some questions so we've answered some general ones below for you!

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE? 


If your item is from our ready to buy collection we will process it as soon as ever possible.


If your item is customised / personalised or bespoke, please allow the prescribed time frames as set out at the time of placing your order. 


UK Delivery - Please kindly allow us one day to process your order. All our UK orders are delivered via Royal Mail. We offer Next Day delivery, First and Second Class signed. All our deliveries are tracked and require a signature upon receipt. Depending on the method you've selected, it will take 1-4 working days to deliver to you. 


Europe Delivery - Please kindly allow us 2-3 days to process your order. All our Europe deliveries are effected by DPD. We anticipate your order to reach you within 5 working days and this includes full tracking and requires a signature upon receipt. 


Rest of the world -  Please kindly allow us 2-3 days to process your order. All our International deliveries are effected by DPD. We anticipate your order to reach you within 5 - 10 working days and this includes full tracking and requires a signature upon receipt. 


If you need your order by a specific date, please email info@rajkiya.com and we will aim to prioritise your order.
 


WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES


Please note that Rajkiya cannot take responsibility for delays due to custom clearances as this is beyond our control. Sometimes taxes may apply which are subject to local laws and enforced by custom authorities upon arrival to your country. Rajkiya does not take responsibility for import duties and taxes as again, this beyond our control. Should you fail to comply or pay these taxes and your order is returned to Rajkiya you will be liable for additional fees charged and re-delivery.
 


WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?


Lets start of by saying, we are a small business but understanding in most circumstances! 


As mentioned above, all our products are made by hand and we are committed to ensuring quality in each product. Sometimes errors can happen due to human involvement and so quality checks are undertaken on all items before dispatch. 

We do not offer refund or exchanges on personalised / customised or bespoke products under any circumstances as these are made specifically for you and we will have put extra effort into meeting your requirements (and paid extra!). 

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on jewellery items (you can understand why!)

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on made to measure apparel and request that correct sizing / measurements are provided at the time of placing your order. Again reasons being that the made to measure apparel will have been made specifically for you, to fit your body size! Yep, only yours. 


If your item is damaged / faulty, didn't match or the style isn't quite for you, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange on the basis that the any issue is raised with us by email within 7 days of you receiving it. Once notified, you will need to return the item to us within 7 days. 

Beyond this period we are unable to offer refunds but to our discretion may be able to offer an exchange. 


Refunds / exchanges will only be allowed on the condition that the product is returned in the original condition with tags attached, unworn, without odour / perfume, without marks or damage in any way. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above conditions. 


Should you wish to return / exchange your order, you will need to cover the cost of the return. We recommend that you use a tracked postal method so that the items reach us safely and we can swiftly process the same.

In a rare instance where return parcels are lost or stolen, we will not be able to take responsibility. 


Please note that the above conditions apply where items are purchased via other means such as email, Instagram or in person. 


Please note that sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged due to the nature of the purchase. 

We reiterate that customised, personalised, made to measure apparel and jewellery cannot be refunded or exchanged.
